Are you ready for a fun-filled day of rock’n’roll + pop music, delicious food, and exciting activities? Then mark your calendars for June 24, 2023 and join the WiYNN team for Musicfest Tribute, Presented by Elite Mechanical & Welding and Hosted By The Williamsport Red Men Lodge 84. The gates open at 1:30pm and tickets are available at the door starting at $30. You must be 21 and up to attend.
This music event will be held at the Red Men Lodge 84, located 16129 Lappans Rd. Williamsport, MD 21795. This 26-acre outdoor space is the very same venue that hosted the wildly fun Dirty Boots Country Music Fest this past April 15th.
The WiYNN team is excited to host another successful music event with The Williamsport Red Men Lodge 84. Eric Garnes of the Red Men Lodge 84 says their goal with these music festivals is to offer something for everyone! When choosing this year’s Musicfest Tribute lineup, it was The Red Men’s goal to find bands that not only embodied the melody and tone of the bands, but also the vibe. “That’s what makes it so special,” says Mr. Garnes. With the original groups no longer touring, tribute bands allow every generation to experience the magic of the songs we all know and love on a LIVE stage.
Musicfest Tribute will feature live music performances from some of the most talented tribute bands, including Eclipse, Hot Red Chili Peppers, Boy Band Review, and Tusk – the World’s #1 Fleetwood Mac tribute band. This talented lineup ensures that there will be something for everyone to enjoy. Get ready to dance, sing, and jam out to your favorite classic Journey, Red Hot Chili Peppers, 90’s boy band, and Fleetwood Mac hits.
Tusk, the headliner for the event, has been touring the country as The Ultimate Fleetwood Mac Tribute since the early 2000’s. The band says what sets them apart is their Chemistry, Synergy, and Intuition. As a group, Tusk’s 5 founding members have known each other for more than four decades and believes their family-like structure seats them as the #1 Fleetwood Mac experience. Ken Wolle, the drummer for Eclipse (a Journey tribute band) says their hope is to share Journey’s music and the deeper meanings about faith, love, and taking care of one another. Mr. Wolle and his bandmates regularly play events that benefit nonprofits, with a particular focus on events that benefit breast cancer research. Their goal is to bring Journey’s classic hits to life, and to bring smiles to everyone who hears them play.
