Spring Grilling Competition (Chicken Wings and Egg Casseroles).
- Entry fee is FREE to participate. You must bring your own ingredients like a normal cooking competition, pre-prep is recommended, 10x10 tent, tables, chairs, cooking utensils, etc. Also include Ingredients and recipe for what is being offered.
- Please prepare enough for 3 Official Judges and 20 samples for the People's Choice Judges.
- Charcoal, entry plates/boxes, sample ramekins will be provided.
- You must use a Big Green Egg grill and Kelly Moore Sheds will provide the first 6 contestants with varying sizes to use.
- Contestants need to come to Kelly Moore Sheds on Friday, March 31st at from 11am - 3pm to be instructed how to use Big Green Eggs. Egg 101. Please call us at 240-513-6996 to be assigned a set up time. Set up time for contestants will be that night also and/or 7am/8am on Saturday morning of the event.
- Arrival time for contestants to start is 7 am.
- Egg Casseroles are due to judges by 11 am.
- Chicken Wings are due to judges by 2 pm.
- Winners will be announced at 4:00 pm
- There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd place CASH prizes awarded for each category of dishes (2). 1 GRAND prize for overall for both categories.

Wine Tastings
- There will be local wineries attending and giving samples to wine tasting ticket holders.
- Bottles will be available for purchase.
Draft beer will be available. Unlimited cup ticket available.

- Special discounts on Chicken Coops and other in stock sheds. (ONE DAY ONLY!)
- Demo Big Green Egg grill discounts available for the grills used in the cooking competition and demonstration. Deposit of $200 is a ticket option if you would like to secure one of the Big Green Egg grills used in the competition for 10% Off.

Family Fun Activities
- There will be an Egg Hunt at 1:00 pm. Kids 12 and under are free. BRING A BASKET to collect all your eggs.
- Bon Fire if weather permits.
