About the Owner:  Jocelyn Hill graduated from Seminole State College of Florida in 2016 with a degree in Media Design, specializing in Graphic Design. Since 2013, she has played many roles in various esteemed sign and design companies across Orlando. In 2019, Jocelyn pursued a new dream in starting a new vinyl graphics company and shortly after, that dream became a reality.In the beginning of 2020, Jocelyn moved to West Virginia and by July, Cut and Paste Vinyl Graphics (or CaPVG, as Jocelyn calls it) was up and running. Jocelyn takes pride in knowing that she provides honest work at a reasonable price, and is always open to feedback of any kind.
